Local food from our kitchen
At Moorfield House we take great pride in the quality of our cuisine, everything is prepared in-house and we try to use local produce and suppliers wherever possible.
We get our meats from a local, award-winning butchers, who make their own haggis, black pudding and sausages.
Our eggs and Scottish lamb are sourced from the Glebe Farm within the village and our fish is sourced from Portsoy on the Moray coast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it's always a pleasurable experience. (Take a peek at our breakfast menu before you book).
Evening meals can be cooked by special request for groups. We can offer a three course set menu , chosen to accommodate guests' particular dietary likes or dislikes, which is served at 7.30pm. Please contact us regarding availability. We would require at least 48 hours notice.
If you have a special occasion, please let us know.
